Our Story
Background
Zydeco Meadery (ZM) has been producing four meads at the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleborough, Massachusetts since 2024.
From 2020 through 2023, ZM was a client of 456 Wineries, a wine incubator, located on the campus of Highland Community College (HCC) in Wamego, Kansas.

Eric, owner of Zydeco Meadery, hails from Massachusetts with roots in North Carolina and Trinidad and Tobago. DeAundra, co-owner, is from the French-speaking Acadiana region of southern Louisiana where Zydeco culture was created and developed on the prairies west of New Orleans.
